By opting in to text messages from a web form or other medium, you agree to receive SMS messages from VarsityFlow. Opting in is entirely optional and is never required to use VarsityFlow.
What messages you will receive
You may receive:
- Account notifications - approval of your account, changes to your access.
- Team announcements posted by your coach, athletic director or team manager.
- Schedule alerts - a game moved, cancelled or rescheduled.
- Sign-up reminders - a team meal or order awaiting your answer, or a closing date approaching.
- Game day reminders - a reminder before an event you agreed to work.
- Customer care - replies to support requests you have made.
We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Frequency, cost and opting out
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To opt out at any time, text STOP.
- For assistance, text HELP or visit our website at https://www.varsityflow.com.
You can also turn text messages off yourself at any time in Settings inside VarsityFlow. Turning them off does not affect your account or any other notification.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and depends on your carrier and device.
Privacy
SMS consent is not shared with third parties. Your mobile number and consent are used only to send you the messages described above.
